LEGAL BASES OF THE DRAW SIGNED T-SHIRT ILIA TOPURIA<\/strong><\/p>

1. PURPOSE OF THE DRAW<\/strong><\/p>

Ilia Topuria Store (iliatopuriastore.com) is organizing a raffle with the purpose of giving away one (1) T-shirt signed by Ilia Topuria.<\/p>

2. DURATION OF THE DRAW<\/strong><\/p>

The sweepstakes will run from March 1 until March 31 at 23:59 hours (GMT+1, Madrid).<\/p>

Only those users who have placed a valid order in the online store during this period will participate in the sweepstakes.<\/p>

3. REQUIREMENTS FOR PARTICIPATION<\/strong><\/p>

All natural persons of legal age who make a purchase at Ilia Topuria Store within the sweepstakes period are eligible to participate.<\/p>

Orders that have not been cancelled, refunded or returned during the sweepstakes period will be considered valid.<\/p>

Employees of the organizer and their immediate family members are excluded.<\/p>

The organizer reserves the right to exclude participants depending on the regulations applicable in each country.<\/p>

4. MECHANICS OF THE DRAWING AND SELECTION OF THE WINNER<\/strong><\/p>

At the end of the participation period, valid order IDs (format #xxxx) will be collected.<\/p>

These IDs will be entered into a random selection platform.<\/p>

One (1) winner and two (2) alternates will be selected.<\/p>

The winner will be contacted via the email address associated with their order on April 6.<\/p>

The winner must confirm acceptance of the prize within 24 hours of receiving the email.<\/p>

If no response is received within the indicated period, the prize will be passed on to the first alternate, and then to the second alternate under the same conditions.<\/p>

Ilia Topuria Store may also announce the winner’s order number through its official channels.<\/p>

5. PRIZE<\/strong><\/p>

The prize consists of one (1) T-shirt signed by Ilia Topuria.<\/p>

The T-shirt will be of random model and size.<\/p>

The prize will be shipped free of charge to the winner.<\/p>

The prize is not redeemable for cash or other products.<\/p>

6. RESPONSIBILITY OF THE ORGANIZER<\/strong><\/p>

The organizer is not responsible for possible incidents in the shipment of the prize resulting from incorrect data provided by the winner or causes beyond the control of the store.<\/p>

7. WAIVER POLICY<\/strong><\/p>

In the event that the winner forfeits the prize, the prize will be passed on to the next alternate.<\/p>

If none of the alternates accepts the prize, a new drawing may be held.<\/p>

8. DATA PROTECTION<\/strong><\/p>

Personal data will be processed in accordance with the regulations in force and only in the context of the management of the order and of this sweepstakes.<\/p>

They will not be used for advertising purposes, except with the user’s prior consent.<\/p>

9. ACCEPTANCE OF THE TERMS AND CONDITIONS<\/strong><\/p>

Participation in the sweepstakes implies full acceptance of these rules.<\/p>
