WOW17 DRAW TERMS AND CONDITIONS

1. PURPOSE OF THE DRAW

Ilia Topuria Store (iliatopuriastore.com) is organizing a raffle with the purpose of giving away 2 tickets for the WOW17 event, to be held in Madrid on March 29, 2024.

2. DURATION OF THE DRAW

The sweepstakes will run from February 7, 2024 at 14:00 (GMT+1, Madrid) until February 14, 2024 at 14:00 (GMT+1, Madrid). Only users who have made a purchase in the online store during this period will participate in the sweepstakes.

3. REQUIREMENTS FOR PARTICIPATION

Participation is open to all natural persons of legal age who make a purchase at Ilia Topuria Store within the period of the sweepstakes. Employees of the organizer and their immediate family members are excluded.

4. MECHANICS OF THE DRAWING AND SELECTION OF THE WINNER

At the end of the participation period, the IDs of the participating orders (with format #xxxx) will be collected.
These IDs will be entered into a random sweepstakes platform, such as AppSorteos or similar.
One (1) winner and (2) alternates will be drawn.
The winner will be notified by email, using the email address associated with their order.
The winner must respond to the email received confirming his/her acceptance of the prize within 48 hours.
If the winner does not respond within the time limit, the prize will go to the first alternate. If the winner does not respond within 48 hours, the prize will go to the second alternate. If no one responds, the drawing will be repeated.

5. AWARDING OF THE PRIZE

The prize consists only of 2 tickets to the WOW17 event.
The method of delivery will be determined by the organizers of the event. Ilia Topuria Store will act as an intermediary to notify and facilitate access to the prize.
Tickets can be in digital format, codes or access lists to the event, as provided by the WOW17 organization.

6. RESPONSIBILITY OF THE ORGANIZER

The organizer is NOT responsible for:

Additional expenses that may arise from the experience, such as transportation, lodging or meals.
Modifications or cancellations of the WOW17 event, which are the sole responsibility of the event organizers.

7. CANCELLATION POLICY

If the winner forfeits the prize, the prize will be passed on to the next alternate. If none of the alternates accepts the prize, the drawing will be redrawn.

8. DATA PROTECTION

Data collected for this sweepstakes will be stored because a purchase has been made and must be retained to process the order. However, it will not be used for marketing and advertising purposes, unless the participant is already subscribed to such communications.

9. ACCEPTANCE OF THE TERMS AND CONDITIONS

Participation in this sweepstakes implies full acceptance of these legal bases. Ilia Topuria Store reserves the right to modify or cancel the sweepstakes if necessary for justified reasons.
