Shipping
We ship all our products from Spain, using a secure and trackable service. Orders over 89 € will have free shipping, depending on your region, without the need to enter any code. This discount will be applied automatically during the purchase process.
Once the order has been placed, it is not possible to cancel it or make any changes. If you need to cancel your order, please contact us through the form on the contact page.
Orders will be delivered to:
- Domestic: 2 to 10 days
- International Ground: 3 to 14 days
- International air: 3 to 10 days
These deadlines begin to run from the moment the order is paid for.
When your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with a link to track your order. Delivery times provided are approximate and may vary. In addition, during promotional periods, order processing and shipping times may increase due to high order volume.
The above shipping costs include, in addition to the transportation of the products, their packaging in specially designed shipping boxes, insurance against loss or breakage, as well as VAT.
Orders outside the European Union will be subject to local taxes and/or duties for which the customer will be solely and exclusively responsible.
The logistics and distribution of our products are managed by a specialized external company. For this reason, Topuria Sports SL is not responsible for delays or problems derived in delivery times, although we will always do our best to help you solve any inconvenience with your order.
Returns
Thank you for your purchase. We hope you are happy with your purchase. However, if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you may return it within 14 days of delivery. You can process your return quickly and easily by clicking here.
Return period: We use a 14-day return period during which the customer can return his package without giving any reason. These 14 days start when the package is received. Please note that the return shipment must be sent within these 14 days.
- Personalized products are NOT exchangeable or returnable.
Return conditions:
- All items must be returned in their original packaging and in good condition. Returned items must include tags and any packaging.
- Peninsula: Within 14 calendar days of receipt of the order may request an exchange or refund without shipping cost. From the second return or exchange of the same order the customer must assume the cost of € 5.95 on the peninsula.
- International and islands: Returns will be subject to shipping costs. Orders outside the European Union will be subject to local taxes and / or tariffs in which the company will not be responsible. Such payment will always be the responsibility of the consignee of the goods or buyer. Before making your purchase, we recommend that you consult with your customs office for more detailed information.
- In the case of wrong products or with any damage we will proceed to refund, after contacting Ilia Topuria Store and studying the case, the full amount according to the same payment method chosen by the customer within a maximum period of 14 days.
- In case of return of an order that includes special promotional products (such as signed cards or other items), such products must be returned along with the rest of the order. If we accept the return without the promotional product, the cost of the promotional product will be deducted from the total amount to be refunded to the customer.
We strive to process returns as quickly as possible. Once we receive your return in our warehouse, we begin processing it within 10 business days. Using the tracking number you received upon return, you will be able to verify when your package has arrived at the warehouse, which marks the start of this timeframe. Once the refund is completed, we will notify you by email. Please note that it may take up to 3 additional days for the refund to be reflected in your bank account.

Undelivered shipments
In the event of force majeure preventing the delivery of the order within the established deadline, we undertake to inform the User as soon as possible of the new scheduled delivery date.
If you have not received your order and have not received any communication from us, please contact us through the contact form to inform us of your case and we can study it.
That is to say, if you are not at home to receive the shipment, you should pay attention to the messages you receive from the courier company, they will give you the corresponding instructions.
Warranty
The seller shall be liable to the consumer for any faults that appear during a period of three years from delivery, which shall be deemed to have taken place on the day shown on the invoice or sales receipt, or on the delivery note if this is later.
In the absence of proof to the contrary, it shall be presumed that any lack of conformity that becomes apparent within two years of delivery of the good was already present when the good was delivered.
The consumer may require the trader to remedy the lack of conformity, reduce the price or terminate the contract, steps which shall be free of charge for the consumer, including the costs necessary for the goods to be brought into conformity, in particular the costs of shipping, transport, labor or materials.
