LEGAL BASES OF THE DRAW SIGNED T-SHIRT ILIA TOPURIA

1. PURPOSE OF THE DRAW

Ilia Topuria Store (iliatopuriastore.com) is organizing a raffle with the purpose of giving away one (1) T-shirt signed by Ilia Topuria.

2. DURATION OF THE DRAW

The sweepstakes will run from March 1 until March 31 at 23:59 hours (GMT+1, Madrid).

Only those users who have placed a valid order in the online store during this period will participate in the sweepstakes.

3. REQUIREMENTS FOR PARTICIPATION

All natural persons of legal age who make a purchase at Ilia Topuria Store within the sweepstakes period are eligible to participate.

Orders that have not been cancelled, refunded or returned during the sweepstakes period will be considered valid.

Employees of the organizer and their immediate family members are excluded.

The organizer reserves the right to exclude participants depending on the regulations applicable in each country.

4. MECHANICS OF THE DRAWING AND SELECTION OF THE WINNER

At the end of the participation period, valid order IDs (format #xxxx) will be collected.

These IDs will be entered into a random selection platform.

One (1) winner and two (2) alternates will be selected.

The winner will be contacted via the email address associated with their order on April 6.

The winner must confirm acceptance of the prize within 24 hours of receiving the email.

If no response is received within the indicated period, the prize will be passed on to the first alternate, and then to the second alternate under the same conditions.

Ilia Topuria Store may also announce the winner’s order number through its official channels.

5. PRIZE

The prize consists of one (1) T-shirt signed by Ilia Topuria.

The T-shirt will be of random model and size.

The prize will be shipped free of charge to the winner.

The prize is not redeemable for cash or other products.

6. RESPONSIBILITY OF THE ORGANIZER

The organizer is not responsible for possible incidents in the shipment of the prize resulting from incorrect data provided by the winner or causes beyond the control of the store.

7. WAIVER POLICY

In the event that the winner forfeits the prize, the prize will be passed on to the next alternate.

If none of the alternates accepts the prize, a new drawing may be held.

8. DATA PROTECTION

Personal data will be processed in accordance with the regulations in force and only in the context of the management of the order and of this sweepstakes.

They will not be used for advertising purposes, except with the user’s prior consent.

9. ACCEPTANCE OF THE TERMS AND CONDITIONS

Participation in the sweepstakes implies full acceptance of these rules.

Ilia Topuria Store reserves the right to modify or cancel the sweepstakes for justified reasons.
